  Coming to Puerto Rico

The 49th edition of MWSCAS offers to professional engineers the opportunity to earn Continuing Education credits recognized by Professional Engineering Boards in all the US States and Puerto Rico, as well as any other US or International entity which accepts CE credits from ACET (International Association of Continuing Education and Training), including entities such as the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying and several universities. A partial list can be found in http://iacet.org.

Continuing Education Credits can be earned in the following three forms:

1. Any Tutorial counts for credits.
The following is the list of the available tutorials. For specific details, click on Tutorials on the left.
Circuit Techniques for Operational Amplifier Speed and Accuracy Improvement: Analog Circuit Design with Structural Methodology. (8 hours)
Wireless Integrated Architectures for 4G Communications Systems (4 hours)
RF for Wearable Computing and Health Monitoring (4 hours)
Substrate Noise Suppression Techniques for Systems on Chip (4 hours)
Sensor Data Fusion and Integration with Applications to Target Tracking and Robotics (4 hours)
Design-for-Test of Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuits (4 hours)
Sensor Data Fusion and Integration with Applications to Target Tracking and Robotics (4 hours)
Registration for tutorials is independent of registration to the Symposium. You may go to the registration page of the symposium (click here) or else register on site.
2. Special Sessions are open to educational credits too. If you are registered to the symposium, ask for the certificate when attending the special session. Otherwise, you may register on site for one day registration (go to registration for details) Each session counts for 2 hours.
Circuit Interfaces for MEMS ( Tuesday, August 8)
New Trends in Low Voltage Low Power Analog Design (Wednesday, August 9, at 9:00 AM)
Biologically Inspired IC's and Systems (Wednesday, August 9, 10:45 Hrs)
Recent Advances in Mixed-Signal BIST (Wednesday, August 9, 14:00 hrs)
3. Professional Advancement Activities.
Each one counts for 3 hours. The cost for these sessions is $50.00 each, payable either on-site or by internet . These sessions are from 6 PM to 9PM, and are open to anyone. Registration to the symposium is not associated to these activities.

If one-day registration is selected, the chosen date's professional advancement activity is included at no extra cost. To register click here.
